    Probably - while browsing through this wonderful online magazine - you've been wondering who and what is behind Fast Foward. So now I'll reveal it to you: My name is Kathrin Weinen (the person on the photo on the right) and Fast Forward magazine is the result of my final bachelor's project.; the capstone of my Bachelor of Arts degree at the University College Maastricht (UCM).

About half a year of work has been put into this and I really enjoyed working on my own online magazine. Even if it often made me go nuts! I tackled this project with much enthusiasm since I am a musician myself (Check out my band Applescent's MySpace). It provided me with the opportunity to combine my academic and personal interests in the areas of marketing, media and music studies into one piece. Besides this, it also helped me with enhancing my design, html-programming as well as my journalistic skills.

Currently I am continuing my studies at Maastricht University with an MA in Media Culture. For the future I hope to also go on with Fast Forward.
